Hi, I'm James. I've always been drawn to helping people navigate important financial decisions and plan thoughtfully for the future. While earning my degree in Finance and Psychology from Harding University, I developed a strong interest in understanding both the technical and personal sides of financial planning.

Growing up with a brother with special needs gave me early insight into how impactful thoughtful planning can be on a family's future. That experience, combined with seeing the guidance my family received from a specialized financial planner, continues to shape my holistic approach to serving clients today.

Joining Stonewater Financial Group was a natural and important step in my career, aligning myself with a team that values collaboration, thoughtful planning, and a high standard of service. Being part of a team-based environment allows me to focus on delivering well-rounded solutions while drawing on the collective expertise of the firm to better serve clients.

Today, I work closely with individuals, families, and professionals, including business owners, healthcare professionals, and engineers, to help them gain clarity around their financial goals and decision-making process. My goal is to provide a consistent, high level of service regardless of a client's profession or stage of life. I am committed to building long-term relationships rooted in trust, communication, and care. Whether that means collaborating with team members or helping clients seek additional perspectives when needed, my priority is always to support informed decisions and long-term financial confidence.

Outside of work, I am married to the love of my life, Emma Beth, and we prioritize our faith in Jesus, our family, and our friends daily. We love pickleball, traveling, anything outside, and anything we can do with friends. We love building new relationships whenever we can and giving back to the people who continue to shape us.
